Cousellors' Day 2012 - Recap

On Wednesday, January 25th, the Office for New Students hosted the 2012 Douglas College Counsellors' Day event. More than sixty representatives from secondary schools across the Lower Mainland came out to learn more about the various programs and services Douglas provides

The event featured both an Academic and Services Panel, with special guests delivering presentations on a wide variety of topics, including upgrades to our Nursing program, new degrees in Psychology and the Performing Arts, and important information on Financial Aid and International Students admissions. Guests were also treated to a tour of the campus, featuring the Muir Performing Arts Theatre, our Dental Assisting and Sport Science facilities, and the 2012 International Day celebrations!

Many of the panel members offered to make their presentations available online, after the event was over. If you would like to download them for use in your schools, you can find copies listed below.
